Try the following steps:

  1. Check if 'Caps Lock' on the keyboard is ON.If so, turn it OFF by pressing the 'Caps Lock' key and try again.
  2. Is your account password expired?Your account password will expire if you have not changed it for more than 90 days. In this case, you should change your password at The Portal. For details on how to change the account password, please click here. Please note The password must have 8 to 25 alphanumeric characters with at least one alphabet (a-z, A-Z) and one numeric digit (0-9). Don't re-use the previous 3 passwords. Do not accept the characters ' " < > & and the space character as password..
  3. Have you just changed your account password? It will take a while for the new password to become effective for all related systems. In this case, please try again in 1-2 minutes.
  4. Did you mistype or forget your username or password?Make sure you enter the correct username and password. If you have forgotten the password, please check here.
