With Single Sign-On (SSO), users can access most web services of the University with just one login, using their email address (i.e. username@eduhk.hk for staff and sxxxxxxx@s.eduhk.hk for students), through Microsoft with multi-factor authentication.

Please note:

1. Student email (i.e. Google Apps for Students) is not covered by SSO due to technical limitations.
2. SSO adds convenience to users. But for security reasons, please remember to close ALL browser windows to log out of a session COMPLETELY.
