When you access some EdUHK websites, you may be prompted with a "Security Alert". It is due to those systems' certificates are issued by HKIEd internal Certificate Authority. To get through, you can follow the following steps:

For Internet Explorer 8:

Simply click the "Continue to this website (not recommended)" to trust the certificate for this website.

For Internet Explorer 6:

Simply click the "Yes" button to trust the certificate for this website.

However, the alert will be prompted every time you access the same website which might be annoying. If you want to get rid of this, you can install the HKIEd Root CA Certificate in your PC. For details, please refer to "Install HKIEd Root CA Certificate".
