FAQ: [Staff Only] What should I do if I have a problem with the office PC?

  1. Check this FAQ and see if answer of your question is available. Your can search the FAQ with keywords.
  2. Send an email describing your problem to helpdesk@ocio.eduhk.hk if it is not an urgent case.
  3. Call the IT Help Desk Hotline at 2948 6601 during office hours. Our duty staff will help you over the phone. If necessary, we'll arrange a technician to visit your office.
  4. Visit IT Help Desk in person during opening hours.
