All the PCs in central computer rooms are equipped with REBORN cards and the software set up will be reset every day automatically to ensure the C: drive is free from virus and reset the settings. Nevertheless users can still force the PC to reset by following the instructions printed on the label stick on the PC.

For hardware and software problems, apart from our routine checking conducted by OCIO, users are encouraged to report the problem using the "Out of Order Report" slip. There are posters in computer rooms on how to use the "Out of Order Report".
