Attend the Information Security Policy and DMS Workshop

To promote the awareness of the Information Security Policy approved by the Institute in March 2009, OCIO has organised a series of workshops for staff members. The new document management system (DMS), which aims to help departments to better manage the offical records and to promote paperless office, will also be introduced in the workshops.

The schedules of these workshops are listed in the following table. It will be updated regularly to show the latest information.

Try-out the Information Security Self-Review Test

After familiarising the Information Security Policy, we encourage colleagues to do the Information Security Self-Review Test. The test has only 10 questions and it will let you know the correct answers if needed to help colleagues to get the key concepts. We will keep a list of staff who have completed the test, and there might be audit in the future. Please click on the following link to start the test:
