The Institute is very serious about the junk mail issues and we have a Working Group on Enhancing Electronic-Based Communications which consists various representatives from departments and student to help us to stop junk. Yet we still need all the students and staff to refrain from sending junk mail and use the Intranet for announcement.Junk Mail Complaints Handling Procedures:

  1. Junk Mail from staff - complaints should be sent to Communications Office - CO (co@eduhk.hk)
  2. Junk Mail from individual students or non-SU societies, complaints should be sent to suec@eduhk.hk. OCIO will help SU to suspend repeated offender from sending email for ONE WEEK.
  3. Junk Mail from societies under SU, complaints should be sent to suec@eduhk.hk. OCIO will help SU to suspend repeated offender from sending for ONE MONTH.
