Solution proposed before the fix:
Some users may have encountered a problem logging in The Portal with Chrome that keeps showing the login page (as below). The problem is most likely caused by the corruption of a file in the Chrome folder.
Please follow the steps below to fix the issue.
For Windows:

- Open File Explorer and go to the path "C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\".
- Locate the file "Local State" and then rename it to "Local State.bak".
- Launch Chrome again.
For macOS:
- Close all Chrome windows, or press "Command+Q" on a active Chrome window.
- From the Finder menu bar, click "Go > Go to Folder", or press "Command+Shift+G".
- Type in "~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/".
- Locate the file "Local State" and then rename it to "Local State.bak".
- Launch Chrome again.
