All OCIO provided PCs were setup to support non-unicode Chinese applications by default. To switch your system to pure English environment, follow the steps below.

Procedures:

• Click "Start" -> "Settings" -> "Control Panel"Open "Regional and Language Options " by double click.
• Change to the "Advanced" tab.
• Change the "Language for non-unicode programs" to "English (United States)" and click "OK" to apply.
• Restart your PC when prompt
