Note 1: Students with a study period of fewer than one year (e.g. PDP, etc.) should email locker@eduhk.hk if they would like to apply for a locker.
Application procedures

Applicants should read and agree with the terms & conditions stated in the “Regulations Governing the Use of Student Locker” |

Applicants should click “Application for Student Locker” and log in to complete the online form (Note 2: the application period for 2023-24 will end on 15 September 2023) |

Applicants should fill in the personal particulars and select their preferred location. Submitting the online application form implies that the applicants agree to be bound by the terms & conditions stated in the “Regulations Governing the Use of Student Locker”. |

4 |
Lockers will be assigned to applicants on the basis of their preferred location (via lot drawing in case the number of applications is larger than the number of available lockers at a specific location) |

5 |
Applicants who are not provided with any locker at their preferred location will be provided with a locker at another location only if there is still any available locker |

6 |
Locker assignment results will be sent to all applicants via email on or after 22 September 2023 |
|
7 |
Successful applicants should bring their own padlocks to lock up their lockers |
