During my study at EdUHK, I am fortunate to have the unreserved support and understanding from the University, teachers and administrative staff so that I can manage my study and career as an athlete at the same time. I am grateful for all the care and guidance that I have been given. My heartfelt thanks to the University!

It is a great honour to be awarded “President’s Commendation” and share the pride with my fellow truly outstanding and brilliant schoolmates. This makes me think, perhaps, I can also be as good as my sports fellows who excelled in major international competitions!

I am a born sports addict. I love working out intensively, racing hard and of course, winning the game. I don’t mind losing though, we can always become better if we stay humble and work hard. Effort never fails us. I throw myself to every training session and each stroke that brings my boat towards the finishing line. I leave no regret in competitions in order to live up to the expectation of my coaches.

Sportsmanship applies to our daily life. We should try our best to enjoy the life journey and make every second count. Exercise more and good health is all one could count on while facing challenges.

“Dare to dream and never give up” has always been my motto. Do not let failure set you back and let’s strive for our dreams!
