寰宇瑜珈是由烏克蘭大師Andrey Lappa所創立，融合不同瑜珈學派的精髓，以傳統瑜珈為基礎，遵循了自由、覺知、創意的原則，創造出一系列科學的練習方式。
這次工作坊，專業瑜珈教練Kigan，將帶大家了解寰宇瑜伽的特色與理念，並體驗其練習方式，致令身心達到控制、平衡、合一。

專長寰宇瑜伽練習序列，Hatha Yoga 高難度體式、瑜伽治療、肌筋膜放鬆法.頌缽音頻療癒，空中瑜伽等。以”利益他人等於利益自己”為願力持續練習, 累積自我的經驗並分享給大眾。

Universal Yoga was founded by Ukrainian master Andrey Lappa. Based on traditional yoga, he created a series of scientific practice method that follows the principal of freedom, awareness and creative.
In this workshop, professional yoga teacher Kigan will introduce us the principal and knowledge of universal Yoga, and bring us to experience a session of universal yoga practice.
(No prior yoga experience required)

Kigan Chan
Kigan Chan has practiced yoga for 12 years, with 8 years of teaching experience. She specialised in Universal yoga, Hatha yoga, Yoga therapy, Singing bowl therapy and Aerial yoga. She wished to bring benefits to the public through her yoga practice experience.
