日本茶藝工作坊 Japanese Tea Workshop
 
日本茶藝非常嚴謹和講究,不單是日本重要的傳統文化之一,亦是一種禮儀及藝術的表現。無論是沏茶飲茶,還是在茶具、茶室、佈置上,同樣博大精深。
 
今次工作坊中,專業茶藝導師將會帶大家了解日本茶基本知識、沖泡及品嘗不同種類的日本茶,如煎茶、玄米茶及焙茶等。

Japanese tea ceremony is one of the significant tradition of Japanese culture. It is a collective art form that involving brewing, ceremonial preparation and presentation of tea.
 
In this workshop, Japanese Tea instructors will teach us the basic knowledge of Japanese tea, how to brew and taste Sencha(Green Tea), Genmai Tea and Hoji Tea.
