Special Announcement

Special Arrangements of Information Centre on 8 December 2025

The Registry’s Retreat will be held in the morning of 8 December 2025 (Monday), during which only minimal services will be available at the Information Centre. In-person collection of award certificates will be SUSPENDED during the abovementioned period. Normal services will be resumed after 3:00 p.m. on that day.

For the application for replacement of Student Card received on that day, students can only collect the new cards from 11:00 a.m. on 9 December 2025 (Tuesday) and thereafter at IT Help Desk Service Counter.
