For Graduates
- Official Academic Document Request
- Graduates who require academic documents for verification purposes (e.g. Transcript of Studies/Testimonial) may submit a request through the Online Application Service.
- The academic documents can be delivered to the verification institution via email or by post based on the contact details provided by the graduate.
- Graduates who wish to apply for academic document(s) to be submitted to World Education Services (WES) and Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) should clearly specify the verification institution as the recipient and include the WES or OCT reference number in your application remarks. The academic document(s) will then be uploaded directly from the University to the secure online platform of the respective verification institutions.
- If the verification institution requests the University to complete a form or to provide additional information about your study on the testimonial, graduates are advised to contact exam@eduhk.hk for assistance.
- Digital Verification
- Graduates from 2021/2022 onward (excluding Diploma and Certificate in Professional Development Programmes) can use the Academic Certification Verification Platform (ACVP) to generate and share credentials via QR codes, URLs or PDF files to allow future employers and further study institutions to verify and access the qualifications directly from a common platform upon graduates’ authorization, with no turnaround time. Please refer to the General Information of ACVP for details.
- Important Notes
- If the verification institution requires an email contact of the University, please provide exam@eduhk.hk for further communication.
- Providing the correct contact point is important to enable the verification institution to communicate with the University directly.
