I focus on digital humanities, media studies, and contemporary literature in English. I hold a PhD from the English Department of the University of California, Irvine, with a concentration in critical theory.

I welcome applications from prospective students who are interested in researching English language literature in relationship to contemporary political and technological change. I would also consider applications related to world literature in English, digital humanities, and literature education at the tertiary level.
