All major courses will be taught in English. For other courses in the domain of General Education, Electives and Co-curricular Service Learning, Cantonese/Putonghua may be adopted.

Graduates of BSocSc (Honours) in Psychology may be eligible to apply for membership in the Hong Kong Psychological Society.

For Local Students Eligible for Government-subsidised Tuition Fees (remark 1, 2): HK$49,500 (2027/28)

For Local Students Not Eligible for Government-subsidised Tuition Fees and Non-local Students: HK$210,000 (2027/28)

3. The above tuition fees are provisional and subject to adjustment.
4. All eligible students enrolling in any government-funded programmes in a particular academic year shall be subject to the tuition fees at the prevailing rate of the academic year concerned, rather than being locked at the rate of the academic year of his/her admission. The tuition fee level for the 2028/29 and beyond is subject to the announcement of the government and the university in due course.
5. Local and non-local applicants are considered under different admission schemes. Following the change of applicants’ status, application will be considered with other eligible applicants on a competitive basis under the appropriate admission scheme.
