The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) will host “A Decade of Radiance, A Song of Gratitude: The 10th Anniversary of EdUHK’s Retitling Concert” on Sunday, 6 September at Pacific Place, Admiralty, celebrating the tenth anniversary of the University’s retitling and echoing the spirit of Teachers’ Day.

The concert will bring together EdUHK students, distinguished alumni, and local education groups in a vibrant programme of choral, instrumental, and cross disciplinary performances. From kindergarten pupils to veteran educators, participants will unite through music to pay tribute to teachers and to promote a culture of respect for the profession.

A highlight of the occasion will be the presentation of a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title certificate, recognising EdUHK’s successful achievement of “Most videos of people singing the same song uploaded to Instagram in one hour.” This milestone lends special significance to the University’s anniversary celebrations.

The officiating guests were EdUHK Council Treasurer Ms Imma Ling Kit-sum, and President Professor John Lee Chi-Kin, alongside representatives from the education sector, the arts and culture community, alumni associations, and community partners.
