EdUHK Partners with Learning & Teaching Expo to Showcase
Educational Innovation and Nurture Future-Ready Diverse Talents

The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK)’s School Partnership and Field Experience Office (SPFEO) participated in the Learning & Teaching Expo 2026, held between 25 to 27 June at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Under the theme “Reimagining Education: Human-Centric, Future-Ready”, the Expo brought together educators, academics and industry leaders from around the world to explore emerging trends and innovative practices in education. 

 

As an Institutional Partner of the Expo, EdUHK showcased the latest research breakthroughs and achievements of the University and its three faculties. 

 

  • The Faculty of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences presented featured projects highlighting the application of AI in enhancing teaching and learning effectiveness. 
  • The Faculty of Humanities showcased innovative projects demonstrating how AI and digital technologies can be integrated into teaching design to create more flexible and diverse learning experiences.
  • The Faculty of Education and Human Development introduced AI-driven solutions designed to support students with diverse learning needs and foster inclusive education. 

The exhibition also featured HUMIX, an AI-powered humanoid robot developed by a start-up team from the Department of Curriculum and Instruction, offering visitors an immersive experience of AI applications in teaching and learning. 

 

In addition to the exhibition, a dedicated “EdUHK Seminar Series” was organised, featuring EdUHK scholars as keynote speakers who shared their insights on global educational trends. The invited speakers were as follows (in alphabetical order by English surname):
