The Centre for Child and Family Science (CCFS) is an interdisciplinary research centre at the Education University of Hong Kong, a centre that maintains close collaborations with the University’s Department of Early Childhood Education. As a thriving hub for innovation, CCFS conducts high-quality research and promotes evidence-based practices, addressing such important topics as socioemotional competence, literacy and numeracy, family processes, transition to school, play-based learning, and social inclusion and multiculturalism. It also provides professional support to children, families, schools, and community organizations, promoting the well-being of society as a whole.
