On September 24, Professor Xiao Lan Curdt-Christiansen from the Department of Education at the University of Bath, UK, conducted a vibrant seminar for EdUHK faculty and students.
The Graduate School at the Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) holds Master of Education programme orientation for the 2024/25 intake students.
The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) hosted the International Postgraduate Roundtable and Research Forum cum Summer School (IPRRFSS) in Education, Social Sciences, Liberal Arts and Humanities from 9 to 12 July. The Forum was attended by over 300 postgraduate students, alumni and scholars from 19 countries and regions.
More than 50 postgraduate students and staff participated in the seminar “International Publishing and Professional Development: Author, Reviewer and Editor Perspectives” organised by the Graduate School. Professor Lawrence Jun ZHANG (University of Auckland) addressed the uncertainties faced by young scholars regarding suitable journals for their research publications.
Professor Chetwyn Chan Che-hin, Vice President (Research & Development) of the Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK), recently led a delegation to visit the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and Macquarie University in Australia. The visit coincided with EdUHK’s International Outreach Study Programme at UNSW.
EdUHK has placed a strong emphasis on enhancing the global perspective of our students through the International Outreach Study Programme. This year, students in the Doctor of Philosophy and Doctor of Education programmes embarked on a four-day visit to Simon Fraser University in Canada.
The Vice President (Research & Development) of the Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK), Professor Chetwyn Chan, recently led a delegation to visit the University of British Columbia (UBC). The EdUHK delegation held constructive discussions with senior management and scholars from UBC, focusing on academic collaboration and student exchanges between the two universities.
