After Exchange
Post-exchange
- Follow up on the course registration, accommodation, tuition fee for the next semester
- Submit your official transcript with BCT application form for credit transfer. Please also submit the course outline, timetable and email correspondent (if any) for major or major electives BCT claim
- Submit Post‐exchange Report online (link to be provided)
- Financial Statement
- Photos of your student exchange.
- Submit E‐Portfolio and provide the link to GAO
- Attend sharing session
- Pass all the latest information regarding the host institutions to GAO (if any)
- Assist GAO in promoting Student Exchange Programme (including but not limited to attending related activities/ seminars)
- Submit ALL ORIGINAL receipts and boarding passes of air transportation (GLEF applicants only).
- Submit ALL ORIGINAL Receipts of housing fee (on-campus/off campus) (GLEF applicants only).
- On-campus: MUST clearly show your name, the rent, period you stayed, name/logo of host university
- Off-campus: MUST clearly show your name, the rent, period you stayed, name/logo of hostel
- Keep ALL ORIGINAL bank slip, payment/transaction record, supporting documents (GLEF applicants only)
