Department of Education Policy and Leadership

The Department has been established since January 2010. We are committed to maintaining a high profile and valuing existing strengths whilst crafting a new identity within a rapidly changing educational context. EPL focuses on the development of quality teachers and leaders locally and regionally. This is complemented by a broader focus on Hong Kong education policy and its impact on schools and society.
