Research Workshop for Graduate Students (RWGS)

The seminar is an arena for MPhil/PhD and EdD students to share their current research and receive feedback from both their own supervisors and other academics and peers. Students can share any aspect of their research, whether it concerns their developing theoretical framework, methodology, drafts of chapters or conference presentations.

You can find the schedule of the workshop both for the current and previous terms below.

If any questions on your possible contribution, please contact Dr. CHEN, Junjun at jjchen@eduhk.hk.

Resources for Doctoral Students (RDS)
We have a set of online and onsite resources to support postgraduate students preparing research proposals or undertaking doctoral research. This consists of a website with nearly 200 short videos including interviews with academics and research students, as well as supervisory sessions.

Topics include types of research, research methods, thesis writing, managing research studies, and the perspectives of an external examiner. The videos feature academics and students from EdUHK and from other tertiary institutions. This online database is designed to facilitate innovative distance and blended learning pedagogies.

The videos can be viewed on a PC, tablet or mobile phone. The website is best viewed using Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
