On 26 September 2025, The Education University of Hong Kong hosted the Honorary Awards and Thanksgiving Dinner to express gratitude to donors, alumni, and partners for their longstanding support, and to celebrate the outstanding achievements of scholarship recipients. The dinner was officiated by Council Chairman Dr David Wong Yau-kar and President Professor John Lee Chi-Kin, and attended by leaders from the political and business sectors, educators, alumni, and student representatives.
