EdUHK to Hold Information Day for Undergraduate Admissions 2025
The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) will host its Information Day for Undergraduate Admissions on 25 October (Saturday) on its Tai Po campus. Based on the theme of ‘Education Futures’, the event will feature a wide range of activities, including admissions chatroom and university-wide admissions talks, guided tours, exhibitions, experiential learning activities, and student performances. Some activities will also include live broadcasts, to provide students, parents and teachers with the latest information on admission and diverse programmes.
Five ‘U-wide admissions talks’ will be held for students applying through various pathways for JUPAS applicants, holders of sub-degrees, students with international qualifications, Mainland JEE (Gaokao) candidates, and student-athletes. These sessions will be called ‘JUPAS Admissions Strategies and Life@EdUHK’, ‘Admissions Talk for Mainland JEE (Gaokao) Applicants’, ‘Senior Year Admissions Briefing and Programmes Overview’, ‘Admissions Talk for Non-local Applicants with International Qualifications’, and ‘Briefing on the Student-Athlete Learning Support and Admission Scheme (SALSA Scheme)’. They will introduce the latest programme information, admissions strategies and criteria, and general entrance requirements. Additionally, student ambassadors will share interview tips and their experiences of university life.
Faculties will host interactive activities, offering participants the chance to connect with academic staff and current students, and to explore EdUHK’s diverse programmes and career pathways.
Visitors can also join guided campus tours and visit to different university facilities such as the Library and the Hong Kong Museum of Education. These tours offer a first-hand look at EdUHK’s vibrant learning environment and showcase its dynamic campus life.
