Professor Zachary Walker is recognised as an expert in individual and organisational performance. He is an EMCC Endorsed Executive Coach, a Principal Fellow with the Higher Education Academy and a UK Graduate Council for Education Recognised Research Supervisor.

Professor Walker began his career at Singapore’s National Institute of Education where he spent five years in a variety of roles. He then moved to the University College London (UCL) Institute of Education where he spent five years as Head of the Department of Psychology and Human Development. Over the past 15 years, Professor Walker has worked with educators and policymakers in more than 40 countries on topics related to leadership, inclusion and innovative practice.
