The Learning Innovations and Emerging Technologies Conference 2026 (LIET2026): PD4AI | AI4PD invites researchers, policymakers, school leaders, teachers, practitioners and technology innovators globally to join us on 28 & 29 November 2026 (Pre-conference workshop: 27 November 2026) at The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK), Tai Po Campus. 

Conference Themes 

LIET2026 will address the following two interconnected questions:  

• PD4AI – Professional Development for AI: How can professional development build the capacity of the education workforce using AI, to enhance education equity, quality, and efficiency?   
• AI4PD – AI for Professional Development: How can the education workforce use AI to personalise their own professional learning or that of their colleagues?
