Chinese Value-Based Leadership in Education Conference, hosted annually by the Academy for Educational Development and Innovation at The Education University of Hong Kong, aims to foster meaningful dialogue on the integration of traditional Chinese values into contemporary educational leadership, and to explore how these values can complement and enrich leadership practices worldwide.

The objective of this year's theme, "East Meets West: Chinese Value-Based Leadership in Education" is to encourage international exchange and interdisciplinary dialogue, with discussions centred on four interconnected topics.

4. The Role of Technology in Promoting Values-Based Approaches

Highlights

The two-day event will feature keynote speeches from distinguished scholars, panel presentations, and interactive sessions. These activities are designed to provide both theoretical insights and practical applications, encouraging dynamic discussions among educators and researchers.

Registration

Interested participants are invited to register online and submit abstracts addressing one or more of the conference’s themes. Submissions can be made in either English or Chinese and should connect empirical research, theoretical insights, or practice-based studies to the overarching theme of the conference.
