We would like to invite you to participate in a Proteomics Workshop on 5 May 2023, organised by Prof. CHU Ka Hou, Visiting Professor, Department of Science and Environmental Studies.
This workshop is designed for postgraduate students and research staff who are interested in learning about the pipeline of mass-spectrometry-based proteomics methods and bioinformatic analysis. The workshop will cover basic concepts of proteomics and experimental design, quality control of LC-MS/MS data, various software programs to process and analyze the data, and label-free quantification of protein expression.
