知識轉移項目

1. 建立關於散文的知識體系：以散文篇章為研究對象，包括古現代散文，為進一步發展提供理論支撐，其中包括：
   1. 從文本分析理論建構散文文體特點的論述
   2. 建立適用於解析散文的具體方法
   3. 建立散文學與教理念架構：形成具體知識轉移的流程，為進一步研究提供知識轉移基礎
2. 培訓知識轉移人才：掌握散文解析分析以及施教步驟，作為知識轉移的支點，為進一步推廣相關知識，提供足夠的人力資源。
3. 建立知識轉移電子平台(包括面書及博客)：為現有及未來計劃提供交流機會，方便互動。
4. 進行知識轉移試點：檢驗上述知識及方法體系，以便優化並確保知識轉移的有效操作。
5. 建立散文學與教教學設計方案庫：針對散文的教學設計，有助於日後進一步累積經驗，並推廣相關教學操作。
6. 組織試教操作：檢驗上述學與教理念架構的有效性，確保學與教有序施行，並直接收集目標學生的反應和意見。
7. 上述為本計劃的主要目標；在以上的基礎上，日後可進一步建設完整的知識轉移鏈條：
8. 向中學推廣試行：組織隊伍與中學前線老師合作，落實知識轉移的末段操作。
9. 優化學與教教學設計：通過中學試行的反饋，進一步優化教學設計，以適應教學的實際操作。

This project aims to:

1. stimulate local students in learning Hong Kong history and culture;
2. strengthen local teachers’ awareness of history in teaching Hong Kong Studies;
3. help current and future history teachers in incorporating field visits and developing activities in history curriculum;
4. introduce recent research trend and current issues in the field of Hong Kong history and provide useful reference for teaching and learning history; and
5. enhance student's critical thinking skills in regards to current issues concerning history, culture, the local community, the nation and the world.

The above objectives are developed in accordance with the new Bachelor of Education in History, which aims at promoting the value of and enhancing the quality of history education.

This project aims to:

1. Stimulate local students in learning Hong Kong history and culture;
2. Strengthen local teachers’ awareness of history in teaching Hong Kong Studies;
3. Help teachers in developing and designing teaching material of history subject in the pedagogical approach;
4. Introduce recent research trend and findings in the field of Hong Kong history as the references for students’ learning and teachers’ teaching; and
5. Consolidate teachers and students’ insights in the historical perspective for making judgments about issues concerning history, culture, the local community, the nation and the world.

The above objectives are in line with the programme of Bachelor of Education in History which aims to promote the importance of and to enhance the quality of history education.

本計劃的目的在於：

1. 提升本港學生對研習香港歷史文化的興趣；
2. 促進本港老師對香港歷史文化的專業知識；
3. 增加與現職老師交流合作的機會，共同普及歷史文化的特色與內容；
4. 開拓知識領域，把研究與教育相互結合，向本港師生介紹最新的研究成交果；及
5. 加強本港師生的歷史觀，說明歷史文化與現代社會的關係，開拓他們的世界視野。

本計劃的目的有七：

1. 將口語溝通能力研究之成果及專業知識融合於社會語文教育中；
2. 持續發展更公平、更適切的口語溝通能力評審準則；
3. 加強在職教師對現存口語溝通能力評審準則的了解；
4. 提昇準教師（本院主修中文之學生）對口語評審準則的了解及強化專業成長的歷程；
5. 在職教師通過同儕交流，提昇評鑑能力，開拓更專業的發展；
6. 教師們能實踐口語溝通能力評審之技巧，並協助學生提昇理性溝通的能力；及
7. 持續推動有關口語溝通能力評審的研究發展。

• Host professional development session(s) for frontline history instructors; 
• Introduce the concept of historical empathy; 
• Provide practical examples of how to apply the pedagogy in their history lessons; 
• Collect feedback from participants; 
• Produce teaching and learning resources on historical empathy. 

• In alignment with the vision of LCS, this study seeks to advance the promotion of traditional Chinese culture and historical scholarship through dedicated research initiatives. This action research aims to achieve the following objectives: 
• To conduct an empirical investigation into the efficacy of utilizing “The Animated Chinese History for the Curious Minds” as a pedagogical tool for teaching the Primary General Studies curriculum, with a focus on innovative and interdisciplinary approaches to Chinese history learning. 
• To evaluate the effectiveness of integrating historical education with STEM disciplines, thereby enhancing students’ understanding and appreciation of the contributions of scientists throughout Chinese history. 
• To gather and analyze feedback from primary school students and teachers regarding the use of the educational package. 
• To foster a heightened curiosity among students to learn Chinese history and further stimulate their engagement in historical inquiry. 

教育局在各科的課程指引強調培育學生正向態度和正面價值觀的重要性。有見及此，本計劃以正向教育繪本——《煩惱獅與魔法兔》為基礎，透過語文故事傳達7個「自尊錦囊」的法寶（沙維雅模式輔導理論工具），令小學生在提升語文能力同時發掘自身內在的力量，解決生活遇到的問題。為了推廣正向生活態度，本計劃以比賽形式鼓勵小學生把「自尊錦囊」應用在日常生活中，計劃提供繪本的教學設計及〈尋寶指引〉（工作紙），供全港教師免費使用。小學生將透過本計劃提供的AR濾鏡（附錄二）隨機抽取「自尊錦囊」，分享以該「自尊錦囊」面對生活挑戰的經歷，錄製成短片參與比賽。最後，本計劃的比賽評審從中選出優秀作品，上載至計劃主持人持有的正向生活態度平台（附錄三），讓公眾投票選出優勝作品。比賽構思能為全港學生建構正向生活態度分享平台，參賽者既能思考如何在生活中應用「自尊錦囊」，積極面對成長的轉變與挑戰；參賽者以短片形式分享又能訓練説話及語文能力；公眾可在本平台交流提升正向生活態度的心得。本計劃讓正向教育不再局限於課堂單向傳授，更強調和重視學生的應用及實踐。繪本延伸工作紙的設計，深化學生對「自尊錦囊」的運用，同時讓教師、社工、家長等也了解引導學生分享以及提升正向生活態度的法門。 

本計劃配合文學及文化學系的使命，培育具備製作數碼教材的學生，提升本系學生的教育專業水平，深化學生對正向教育的理解，以回應教育局對正面價值觀的培養及重視；又能配合人文學院藉由對本地教育的參與，以及與不同伙伴的協作，推動知識轉移，更能秉承本校帶領教育創新的發展方向。 

本計劃的目標如下： 

• 以Instagram AR濾鏡為比賽主題，鼓勵小學生分享日常的正向生活態度，回應教育局課程指引，運用生活化題材進行正向教育的學習活動，幫助學生積極面對生活的轉變和挑戰； 
• 運用繪本、拍攝短片，結合社交平台，鼓勵學生實踐正向生活態度，使正向教育的方式趨多元化； 
• 把理論和著作成果轉化為能力的應用，由理論帶動實踐，提供教學設計和工作紙，支援職前老師、在職老師、社工、家長等推行正向教育； 
• 通過專業分享會評估、鞏固和宣傳相關的教學材料和研究成果，並探討多媒體教學、正向教育的新方向； 
• 建立學系與本港學校及機構的伙伴關係，為本系學生提供更多深化、應用和實踐教學的機會。 

香港環海，擁有綿長的海岸線和260多個小島，造就多元的海洋景觀及生態。事實上，香港之所以從漁村發展成國際大都會、金融中心，其複雜的歷史也與海洋息息相關，海洋帶來漁業和海上貿易的機會，也同時帶來殖民者和侵略的砲火。自然與歷史在香港譜出複雜且澎湃的交響曲。香港擁有得天獨厚的海洋資源，理應孕育出豐富的海洋意識與書寫，但香港人每天望海、過海，卻普遍對海洋缺乏論述與想像。

海洋的廣大無垠、波濤洶湧，自古以來是人類敬畏並欲征服的對象，更是人類想像力的泉源，如梅爾維爾的《白鯨記》、畢爾．羅迪的《冰鳥漁夫》、康拉德的《黑暗之心》、海明威的《老人與海》等，許多世界著名的文學作品皆奠基於海洋。在香港，「海洋文學」一詞最早見於1953 年香港新世紀出版社出版的楊鴻烈《海洋文學》一書，雖未進一步定義及解釋「海洋文學」的內涵與範疇，可以確定的是海洋文學在當時已經作為一個獨立的次文類（sub-genre）概念被提出，雖然歷來香港文學作品中或多或少皆觸及海洋有的場景，但海洋意象和題材甚少被置於主題的位置而加以重視或經營，更未有海洋文學的研究討論。直到2000年代之後，謝曉虹、梁偉洛（可洛）、蔣曉薇和唐啟灃等一批年輕作家刻意在作品裡經營海洋意象與題材，找回海洋文化在香港的活力。

本系（LCS）一直以「推動知識轉移，以回應本地、亞洲以至全球對於審美經驗、個人成長、歷史視野和批判思維的需要」為使命。本計畫旨在建構一個「香港海洋文學文化主題平台」網站，蒐集香港文學歷來與海洋題材、海洋意象主題相關的文學作品，整理、詮釋海洋文化與香港間各種複雜的關係，讓海內外大眾了解、思考海洋對於城巿的啟發和意義，達到推廣香港文學閱讀的目標，並期望藉此連結周遭國家或地區，與世界接軌。作為香港海洋文學初步研究與建構，本計畫預計蒐羅與海洋書寫相關的作家、作品，並依其內容所觸及的主題加以分類，作為推廣、思考香港海洋文學內涵與精神的基礎建設。對大學與學系而言，無論是在文學、文化研究領域推動新議題，或是推廣香港海洋文學的研究和閱讀予社會大眾認識，都具有重要的意義。

• to build understanding of the human experience of FE among supervisors and administrators at our university and others, not ony in principle, but also vividly, as  lived reality
• to help education students at our university and others to understand what the experience of FE will be, before they go 
• to build theatrical skills among the most committed students
