Ms Yuen Cheuk-man, Year 3 Student from the Bachelor of Education (Honours) (Chinese History) in 2025/26
Studying the Bachelor of Education (Honours) (Chinese History) programme at EdUHK is about more than just textbooks. I especially loved the hands-on stone rubbing workshops in my major course, which made history come alive. My hall life was also rewarding; I even teamed up with friends to run a stall at the PMQ Lunar New Year Fair, which taught me how to build something from the ground up.
On top of that, completing four internships in Hong Kong and Shanghai—including Forbes China, FUNLIVE Residence, and Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC)—broadened my horizons. These experiences taught me to look beyond the classroom and build the resilience needed for the professional world. I truly believe in whole-person development and encourage everyone to keep exploring at EdUHK to find their own path.
