Supported by the Tin Ka Ping Education Fund, the Department successfully hosted Dr. Zou Qihong, an Associate Professor from the Center for MRI Research at Peking University, for an academic exchange from August 10 to 14, 2026. The visit was hosted by our Associate Head, Dr. Tong Xiuhong.
During her visit, Dr. Zou delivered a research seminar titled "Cortical Hierarchy Underlying Homeostatic Sleep Pressure Alleviation", sharing her latest findings on neuroimaging and sleep homeostasis. She also engaged with staff and research postgraduate students through dedicated consultation sessions and visited the Tin Ka Ping Foundation.
