Welcome to the Department of Psychology!
Our Department currently houses 36 full-time academic and teaching staff actively engaged in research across diverse areas, including clinical and health psychology, cognition and neuroscience, developmental and educational psychology, social and cultural psychology, and psychometrics and assessment.
To promote interdisciplinary collaboration and theme-based research, we have established several strategic research groups focusing on mental health and psychosocial well-being, neuropsychology and cognitive science, and educational psychology.
We offer high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate psychology programmes aligned with international standards, fostering students’ intellectual growth and preparing them for diverse career pathways. Additionally, we offer a wide range of psychology courses to enrich the broader curriculum in other subject areas and support interdisciplinary initiatives within the University.
