On October 25, 2025, The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) hosted its annual Information Day, during which the Psychology Department organized a range of activities, including Program Talks, a Psychology Carnival, and Lab Tours. These events offered prospective students an engaging glimpse into the BSocSc(Psy) program and the vibrant academic environment.
The day featured informative program talks by the Programme Leader and Programme Coordinator, providing students with a thorough overview of the curriculum, course offerings, and unique opportunities available within the department. Participants gained valuable insights into potential career paths in psychology.
Another highlight of the day was the Psychology Carnival, which attracted over 300 participants. This event featured interactive booths and activities that enabled participants to explore psychological concepts in an engaging and enjoyable manner. From cognitive games to knowledge quizzes, the carnival fostered hands-on learning and ignited curiosity among participants.
Additionally, following the renovation of the Psychological and Behavioral Sciences Laboratory, visitors had the opportunity to explore the newly updated space. Participants were able to observe demonstrations of psychological experiments, further fueling their interest in the field of psychology.
