Craig Choy, the legal counsel of Keyboard Frontline (“KBFL”), graduated at University of Hong Kong. He called to the bar of Hong Kong in 2004 and turned to be an in house lawyer for Hong Kong Cable TV in 2010. Currently, he is a senior consultant in the legal & compliance department of an multi-national corporate. Keyboard Frontline, a non-profit making NGO, was founded in the year if 2011 to fight for grater user rights under the 2012 Copyright amendment bill (also known as the Internet Article 23) for netizens.
