Through strong commitment to the research activities of its staff, to interdisciplinary engagements, and to intercultural and international exchange, the Department aspires to become a prominent site of quality higher education and academic excellence.

In response to cultural, ecological, and technological change, and in line with the development of our University, we will continue on a path of sustainable development leading to tangible benefits for our stakeholders. These impacts will be grounded in the public value of humanities texts and the positive values embedded in humanities practices.
