On 31 October 2018, a group of academic staff and students from the University of Taipei (UoT) visited the Faculty of Humanities (FHM). Professor Tong Ho Kin, Dean of FHM, introduced the development of the University and FHM in the welcome session. Five student ambassadors were arranged to show the visitors around the campus including Mong Man Wai Library, the Hong Kong Museum of Education and the Centre for Language in Education, etc. Furthermore, classroom observation and student sharing sessions were arranged, so that UoT could experience the differences of teaching and learning between Taiwan and Hong Kong. A fruitful discussion among the UoT delegation, FHM Associate Deans and Department Heads was made to lay a solid foundation for future collaboration.
