Language Immersion Programme

The Immersion Programme is a compulsory part for Bachelor of Education (Chinese Language) and Bachelor of Education (English Language) - Primary. Students must participate and meet the requirements of the programme successfully in order to graduate. They either live in an English-speaking country (e.g. Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States or Canada) or mainland China depending on their programme arrangement and study at a university there. Through the participation of the programme, students can not only enhance their English/Chinese language proficiency, but also learn more about the cultures and other education systems which help increase their general confidence and widen their horizons.
