The Committee on Professional Development of Teachers and Principals (COTAP) invited Mr Chong Yiu Kwong to deliver the Education Bureau Seminar, Zero Tolerance to Sexual Harassment in Campus. The seminar aims to teach the basic knowledge for the educators to make judgement and strategies when they are handling sexual harassment issues at school. Since it is not unlawful for sexual harassment between students from different schools, it becomes more important for the schools to have a suitable sexual harassment policy. In the seminar, Mr Chong introduced the current situation in, definition and preventive measures of sexual harassment. He also covered the topic on the criminal sexual offences and its difference with sexual harassment.
