We are pleased to announce that Dr Soobin Choi has recently begun serving as an Editor for the Lead the Change Series, a publication of the American Educational Research Association (AERA) Educational Change Special Interest Group (SIG). The Lead the Change Series features interviews and conversations with scholars and practitioners who are advancing meaningful change in education systems worldwide. The series aims to bridge research, leadership, and practice by highlighting innovative ideas and experiences from leaders across the field of educational change. As an editor, Dr Choi seeks to further strengthen the series by prioritizing diverse voices in the field. In particular, they aim to feature more international scholars, BIPOC and women leaders, and scholar-practitioners who actively connect research with educational practice. By amplifying these perspectives, the series aims to broaden conversations about educational leadership and reform in a global context.
