Join Our Research Community
At the IDLE Lab, we believe the most meaningful research grows from a spirit of shared purpose and collaboration. Since our beginnings in 2018, we have grown into a vibrant, international community of curious minds–including postdocs, PhD and Master's students, research assistants, and professionals from various sectors. Together, we explore how informal digital learning can open new possibilities for language education and personal growth.
Who We're Looking For
Ideal colleagues are those who:
- Bring a deeply developed skill and are ready to apply it.
- Are motivated by a genuine desire to serve learners and communities.
- Embrace the daily discipline of reading, writing, and sharing knowledge.
- Strive to create work with a lasting, positive impact.
A Supportive Environment for Growth
We foster a space where every member is empowered to bring their authentic self to their work. Guided by our 'Pathway to Impact' mentorship model, we prioritize collaborative learning. This has led to co-authored publications and projects that directly benefit classrooms and communities. While we are proud of these outcomes, we are even prouder of the supportive culture we build daily.
