Steven is an experienced Patent Attorney who operates a specialist Patent Attorney firm. With a background in Engineering and an advanced knowledge in Engineering and Sciences, he specializes in protected advanced and complex technologies that are usually deemed too difficult for non-technically trained legal professionals.
In addition to his practice in drafting and filing Patents, Steven is also regularly involved in the growth and development of the IP profession and systems of Hong Kong as well as being involved within the startup community. He is a Part Time and Guest Lecturer in multiple Universities in Hong Kong where he teaches the drafting of Patent Specifications to Engineering and Law students. He is also the only Hong Kong based Patent Drafting Instructor in for the Asian Patent Attorney Association (APAA) and a Patent Committee member of the APAA’s HK Chapter, as well as being a member of the Vetting Team of the Entrepreneurship Committee Advisory Group (ECAG) of Cyberport.
