Learning from SARS and Beyond

The Teaching and Learning Quality Process Review (TLQPR) is an exercise conducted by the UGC to ensure institutions are making continuous efforts in seeking improvements in teaching and learning quality. The thrust of TLQPRs is on the processes which assure teaching and learning quality, not on the actual content of the curriculum or teaching and learning methods per se.

The Review Panel visited the Institute on 5 - 6 June 2002. Staff and students from 14 units, comprising two Schools, two programmes, six academic departments, two academic support centres, one academic support office and the Division of Continuing Professional Education, participated in discussion of the Institute's Education Quality Work with the Panel.
