Background
To contribute to the on-going internationalisation efforts at The Hong Kong Institute of Education (“HKIEd”), the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (FLASS) is offering a total of six (6) scholarships, amounting to a total sum of HK$85,000 for outbound learning of postgraduate students.
 
Eligibility
Both local and non-local HKIEd students who are studying postgraduate programmes (full-time mode) offered by the FLASS are eligible to apply for the Scholarship. The eligible postgraduate programmes for the academic year 2015/16 include:
 
I. Self-funded master’s programmes of the FLASS in full-time mode:
- Master of Arts in Music Education;
- Master of Arts in Education for Sustainability;
- Master of Social Science Education (Greater China Studies); and
- Master of Public Policy and Governance.
II. Research postgraduate programmes of the FLASS in full-time mode:
- Doctor of Education (EdD);
- Doctor of Philosophy (PhD); and
- Master of Philosophy (MPhil).
