FEHD Dean Prof Bruce Macfarlane visited Seoul National University (SNU) this February with a team of five academics from C&I, ECE, EPL and SEC.
This visit was intended to strengthen the partnership between FEHD and the College of Education of SNU which began in 2022.
“The signing of the MoU between FEHD and the College of Education of SNU is just the beginning,” said Prof Macfarlane. “We are happy and looking forward to working together to enhance the quality of teaching, learning, and research with one of the strongest universities in Asia.”
SNU’s Prof Kang Joon-ho commented “Our College is hungry for internationalisation. This partnership with FEHD can help us to strategically engage with regional universities, starting from Hong Kong to mainland China.”
The FEHD team also presented in three on-site seminars and one Zoom seminar for the teachers and students from the College of Education at SNU:

“The visit has deepened the collaborative partnership between FEHD and the College of Education of SNU”, said Prof Lim, Associate Dean (IE) of FEHD. “We hope to scale up the Faculty’s international engagement by working with more international partners.”
