Dear Staff & Students,

In view of a large number of students returning to Northwest District or crossing border to Mainland after night classes in the new semester, to facilitate their commuting, KMB will trial run a dedicated express night route to Fanling MTR Station & Sheung Shui MTR Station namely 73B from 12 October 2026 (Monday) until 18 December 2026 as follows:

1. Route: Bus Stop outside (sharing 73F stop) EdUHK --> Tai Po Central --> Tai Wo MTR Station --> Fanling MTR Station (estimated arrival at 9:50 pm) --> Sheung Shui MTR Station (estimated arrival at 10:05 pm)

2. Departure Time: 9:20 pm

3. Fare: $9.6 (can enjoy a $2.0 rebate by tapping your Octopus Card you will pay with at KMB fare saver located at B1 Ground Floor before boarding)

We strongly encourage students to make good use of this new service and reduce the use of ride-hailing vehicles, which has been causing serious traffic congestion around the Tai Po Campus entrance at the night peak and affecting the nearby residents.

各職員及同學：

鑑於新學期大批同學於夜間課堂結束後須返回新界西北或跨境返回內地，為方便相關同學的通勤，九巴將於 2026 年 10 月 12 日（星期一）至12月18日試辦夜間特快離校專線 73B前往粉嶺港鐵站及上水港鐵站。

1. 路線：教大外九巴車站 （與73F共用上車點）→ 大埔中心 → 太和港鐵站 → 粉嶺港鐵站（預計約9:50 pm到達）→ 上水港鐵站（預計約10:05 pm到達）

2. 開車時間：晚上9:20

3. 車費： $9.6（乘搭前於B1座地面層的九巴優惠站拍將會用於支付車資的八達通卡，每程可獲扣減$2.0）

我們強烈鼓勵同學使用此新服務，並減少使用網約車，減低對大埔校園入口附近交通造成擠塞，影響鄰近居民。
