Dear Colleagues & Students,

We are pleased to inform that, to cater for the substantial traffic need of 2026-27 academic year, KMB will trial run a new 75F express route service from 10 September 2026 (Thursday).  For details of the route, please see attached.

Features of 75F

• passengers riding from other KMB routes to Kwong Fuk Estate or Tai Po Central Phase 5 may transit to 75F for trips to and from EdUHK and enjoy the “two segments for one fare” transit concession;
• Passengers riding on Heung Yuen Wai buses (as well as future Huang Gang Port buses) can transit to 75F to EdUHK at Kwong Fuk Estate stop;
• the KMB fare saver also applies to 75F;
• the estimated journey time from Tai Po Central Phase 5 to EdUHK is as fast as 9 minutes!

The schedule of 75F for 21 September 2026 and beyond may be adjusted based on the utilization figures of 10 to 18 September 2026.  In connection with the launch of 75F, the 74K special services will be adjusted to retain the following trips from 10 September 2026:

(1) 08:15 from Tai Po Centre to EdUHK;
(2) 12:40 from EdUHK to Tai Po Market Station and
(3) 13:30 from Tai Po Market Station via Tai Po Central to EdUHK (will not go to Sum Mun Tsai)

為應付教大新學年龐大的交通需求，九巴將於九月十日Trial Run（星期四）起試行全新的75F 特快班次。詳情見附件。

75F特快路線特點

• • 乘搭區外九巴路線到達廣福邨或大埔中心五期的乘客轉乘75F往返教大同樣可享「兩程俾一程」轉乘優惠；
  • 乘搭香園圍口岸巴士（及將來開通的皇崗口岸巴士）的乘客亦可於廣福邨下車乘75F往返教大
  • 九巴優惠站的優惠亦適用於本路線
  • 大埔中心五期最快9分鐘到教育大學

九巴將會檢視九月十日至十八日的使用情況而調整九月廿一日及其後的時間表。因應75F之推出，從九月十日起74K特別班次將會調整保留以下班次：

1. 0815 大埔中心短程班次往教大；
2. 12:40 由教大往大埔墟站；及
3. 13:30 大埔墟站經大埔中心往教大 (不去三門仔)
