We are excited to inform you that the Lunchbox Lending Machine inside the Canteen has resumed operation! You can now borrow a reusable lunchbox for your takeaway food orders on campus, helping to reduce plastic waste!

How it works:

• Deposit a refundable $20 using your Octopus card at the borrowing machine inside the canteen (near cashier).
• No need to wash the lunchbox when returning — simply return it to the returning machine inside the canteen (in B4 seating area), and your $20 deposit will be refunded to your Octopus card.

Special Promotion!

To celebrate the relaunch of the Lunchbox Lending Programme, we will set up a promotional booth outside the canteen from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm, 7 to 9 January 2026. Anyone who borrows a lunchbox for their takeaway order during this period will receive a special gift — while stocks last! Don’t miss it!

餐盒借用機已於Canteen內重新運作！你現在可以借用可重用餐盒，用於校園外賣餐點，有助減少塑膠垃圾。

操作方式：

• 在Canteen內的借用機 (收銀台附近）使用你的八達通卡支付可退還的$20按金。
• 歸還時無需清洗餐盒，只需將餐盒放回Canteen內的歸還機 （B4座位區內），按金將退還至你的八達通卡。
