Dear Colleagues and Students,

Please be advised that smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas (both indoor and outdoor) of the campus at all times, under the Cap. 371 Smoking (Public Health) Ordinance.  Any person who violates this prohibition commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine at level 2 (i.e., HK$5,000).  Improper disposal of cigarette butts also creates hygiene issues and can lead to fire hazards.  

To maintain our campus a safe and healthy environment for all parties, your attention and cooperation are much appreciated.
